Thank you for shopping at At Your Witts End! We hope you love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.


🔁 Returns

You may return new and unused items within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Please note:

  • Personalized, customized, or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

  • If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us for assistance—we’ll make it right.


📦 Return Process

To begin a return:

  1. Email wendyawitt@yahoo.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. After receiving your RMA, securely package the item(s) in original packaging (if available).

  3. Ship your return to:

📌 We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the return to be completed.

📧 We’ll notify you via email once your refund has been issued.


🚫 Exceptions

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Final sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear

If your product arrives defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue, contact us to arrange a refund or replacement.
